- At time of offer, perform updated CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to help formulate a negotiation strategy to assure the best possible price and terms
- Utilize additional special clauses in the contract to protect your interests, if needed
- Personally accept responsibility for the transaction
- Will not delegate communication to an assistant or third party
- Will handle all follow-up once you go to contract; including all mortgage, title and other related closing procedures
